At the West end of the village is a small Co-Op supermarket with a DIY shop to one side.  Please note that Martham has two Co-Ops!

Turn off the B1152 by the side of the small Co-Op supermarket and head North along Cess Road.

Cess Road ends in a car park by the side of the River Thurne.

MBBDC / Martham Boats boatyard own the car park and charge £16 pw, use of slipway £5 (2016) and you can charge your EV / Electric Car in the car park via a 13amp plug for a reasonable cost.

A flat concrete path, wide enough for a wheelchair, by the side of the brick pumping station leads you to Moonriver, 31 Riverside, Martham, 25 – 50 yards.

We have a large market garden trolley to help you move your luggage.

Please take a torch with you as their are not any footpath lights, also wellington boots are very worth while at all times of year if you plan exploring the riverbank.
